Harnesses
All harnesses are UIAA approved and are designed to give a minimum of 10:1 safety factor when used as instructed. They also meet or exceed CBA, NABA, BERSA, SANZ and Australian specifications. There are several different harness designs, not shown, which are available. BCI can also do custom designs to meet your needs. If there are features you would like incorporated your harnesses, let us know.
Ankle
Double padded with one or two buckles on each ankle, constructed with heavy-duty 2" mil-spec webbing. Includes backup safety strap which is attached to a body harness system. Ankle harnesses can also be custom made toyour specifications.
Waist
An adjustable Waist Harness (padded w/ quick buckles). Waist and legs are fully padded. Large "D-ring" attachment point at front. "D-Rings" are colored coded for sizes xs, s, m, l, xl. Adjustable buckles with spring-loaded locks (optional) on the waist and legs.
Chest Harnesses
A fully adjustable figure eight design constructed with durable 2"(50mm) webbing. Your choice of colors. One size fits all. Used in conjunction with the waist harness to provide a redundant harness system
Carabiners
Through years of testing BCI recommends the use of the following four models:
* Omega NFPA Large Heat-Treated Steel 16,000 lbs (7,200kg)
* Omega Small Heat-Treated Steel 10,000 lbs (6,800kg)
* SMC Heat-Treated Steel 15,000 lbs (6,800kg)
* SMC Lite Heat-Treated Steel Alloy 10,000 lbs (4,500kg)

BCI offers a full selection of pulleys suitable for use on all types of materials, including steel. We can a full range of sizes from 24mm up to 400mm, and sheave materials ranging including Nylatron, aluminum and steel! Let us know your application and we can provide the pulley size, and material best suited to your needs.

BCI offers a full selection of slings and kernmantle and double-braided ropes from 3mm accessory cord up to 24mm (1 inch) in all types of materials such as nylon, polyester, spectra, kevlar, and steel. Let us know your application and we can provide the rope size, material, and braid best suited to your needs.
